James, Anthony, and Ronald are the three men who started the business in December of 1971. Six months later Anthony started his own business while Jim and Ronald moved to Harlem Road. In 1976, Ronald moved to Union Road, which is where our current location remains. Esther took over operations in the summer of 1976. Her business sense and organization skills kept the company running while continuing to grow. In 1976, Steve was hired to work part-time, which has now grown into a full-time position. He is also a partner of JAR Trophies. His creative skills as an engraver and his persistancy to learn computers makes him a leader in the business.

Kurt is the son of Esther and built his first trophy at the age of 8. He had always worked and helped out at the store. Now, he has been working full-time at the business since 1989 as well as running it since 2002. Running the business like his mother would, Kurt always tries to make her proud after losing her in July 2003.
